Our oysters and mussels are harvested fresh from our farm daily. Our scallops, rock lobster, and sustainably caught scalefish are all sourced from local Tasmanian waters.

Stop by for a winter seafood classic: sweet Tasmanian scallops in creamy filling beneath buttery pastry, served at our farm gate near Freycinet National Park. Eat in the garden at one of the picnic tables or (if you can wait that long) take to a coastal beach. Creamy, comforting and satisfying on a cold winter's day.

Our Story
When Julia and Giles Fisher purchased Freycinet Marine Farm in 2005 it marked the beginning of a wonderful journey; a journey with the aim of showcasing Tasmania's best seafood produce to the world, via our sales outlet and restaurant on the Coles Bay Road.
